The integration of an organization’s CRM and Document Management Systems enables new levels of customer responsiveness and sales process efficiency. iNetDocs, developed by the French SugarCRM partner, iNet Process, is a seamless combination of two powerful open source applications – SugarCRM and KnowledgeTree.

Documents and folders in the KnowledgeTree repository can be browsed and retrieved from within SugarCRM and attached to all of the main modules within the CRM, including leads, opportunities, contacts and accounts.

A tab in the SugarCRM interface acts as a window directly into the repository for easy document search and retrieval and the Global search engine of SugarCRM becomes very powerful by integrating all the documents from KnowledgeTree in its results page.

Similarly, documents that come from customers can be uploaded to the repository from within SugarCRM and associated with the main modules. With iNetDocs, you receive:

iNet Process released the latest version of its iNetDocs application that allows to integrates KnowledgeTree DMs into SugarCRM functionnalities and environment. Two versions are available, Free and Commercial Editions.

KnowledgeTree released the 3.7 Commercial Edition of their DMS. Many improvements like Windows Server, Red Hat and Ubuntu support, Instant Views and Thumbnail previews, or translations in many more languages are available.
