The iNETDocs module, developed by iNET Process, offers the power of the KnowledgeTree Document Management System into SugarCRM.

The objective of this module is to replace the document module of Sugar with a new one, based on KnowledgeTree structure.

iNETDocs connects to KnowledgeTree with the current SugarCRM’s user who signs in, lists the folders and documents stored in KT in a look-alike view.

All rights on folders and documents of the current user are respected. This for viewing, adding, changing or deleting a document.

Browse all the files of a folder, as a gallery, thanks to “Next” and “Previous” buttons.

Schedule the generation of the screenshots of your old documents via the KT Scheduler.

Improvements of version 1.0:
- Cronjob to create the screenshots of all the documents added before the plugin. Permits to choose the number of documents to generate. Work with the KT Scheduler.

- Security improved: check the user’s rights before displaying the screenshot. Images are not available from outside (via URL), they are outside the web root.

- Quality of thumbnails set to 80% (JPG).

- Generation time decreased: generates a JPG only for the 1st page of the document.

- Support of several types of files : images, word, excel, pdf, ppt, psd, etc …

- The thumbnail of a document is available in list and details view.

- Views of thumbnails are listed in “Transaction History”.

We have released our new plugin "KTLDAP" for KnowledgeTree To Manage LDAP more easily with more functionality. This Plugin is basically same as in-built LDAP Plugin with some extra features like Mass Import, Search Groups To Import, Mass Import of Groups.
